I went to my ten year high school reunion last weekend and it was great to see some old friends that I had lost contact with over the years. One thing I could not understand afterwards was just how all of the girls who at school were fat and unattractive now looked totally gorgeous, they all look like they have been on diets to lose 10 lbs a week since school and spent years at a model academy. However they all remember school plain as day though and when I tried laying on the charm they were quick to remind me that I gave them nothing but grief or ignored them back then. There is nothing I could come back with other than ‘well kids would be kids’ but as far as excuses go that is right down there with the worst of them. It was an interesting experience comparing stories over what we have done over the years.
